採用香港品珍醬園頂級頭抽, 雲南靚花菇, 上等辣椒再加上師傅秘制汁醬而成。可作素菜食譜。

Mixing the Pun Chun premium soy sauce which is made in Hong Kong with the Yunnan shiitake and high grade Chili peppers and applying the old-time recipe of great Chefs. This vegetarian delight is great with noodles or adding flavour to your dishes.


成份 Ingredients:

花菇、指天椒、辣椒乾、蒜蓉、乾蔥、南乳、麵豉、米酒、白醋、植物油、麻油、辣椒油、糖、熟抽(豉油:水、黃豆/大豆、鹽,麵粉(含有麩質的殻類),糖,麻油)

Mushroom, chili, dried chili, garlic, shallot, fermented red bean curd, soybean paste, rice wine, white vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, cooked soy sauce.(water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour(cereals containing gluten), sugar, sesame oil)
